Step 2: Follow the steps by imputing your name, email & shipping address information, 

Step 3: Shipping Method - choose if it is within Lagos and Ogun state or outside Lagos and Ogun state. Note, if outside these two states, you will have to pay 100% of the total value of the order before it is valid for shipping. 

Step 4: Proceed to payment method by selecting either bank deposit, Instalment payment or cash on delivery (C.O.D), you then complete the order process. An email will be sent to your registered email address to confirm your order. 

Step 5: A customer care officer will contact you to confirm your order details and to find out when you want it delivered if you are located in Lagos or Ogun state.

We offer a manufacturer defect warranty of 3 months. After the warranty period, we encourage our customers to still reach out to us, should they have any defect aside from normal wear and tear as a result of years of usage. The essence is also to advise them on how to salvage their product rather than buy new ones.

A: Yes, it can, however, this depends on the nature and size of the product ordered 
and also the location for delivery. Below is a list of places that are covered 
by the same-day delivery service.

• Ikeja and its environs.
• Apapa and its environs.
• Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi and its environs.

In Direct Delivery orders: typically around two business days after purchase, 

you will receive email notifications on the status of your order and our delivery 

service team will contact you and schedule a delivery time at your convenience. 

They will also call you the day before delivery to confirm the delivery time and date further.

At the moment Vanaplus does not deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the delivery address is in Nigeria

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Yes, we do for Lagos and Ogun state customers. For other states, we offer CASH BEFORE DELIVERY (CBD), due to our lack of physical presence in the states.

Our company policy says that orders over N100,000 have to be confirmed by paying a commitment deposit of at most 75% before delivery. This applies ONLY to Lagos and Ogun state customers. For the rest of the country, it is 100% payment irrespective of the amount

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional dispatch charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price, what you see is what you pay. Our prices are all-inclusive, except for bulk orders of a 100kg
